Unit results and student reports
Year 12 students will receive one written student report at the end of Semester 1. The final report at the end of the year will be provided by VCAA.
Year 11 students will receive two written student reports – at the end of each Semester. The reports will include comments from each teacher and unit and outcomes results consistent with the following:
Each outcome in the unit is assessed as:
S Satisfactory (meets the criteria as specified by the VCAA study design)
U Unsatisfactory (does not meets the criteria as specified by the VCAA study design)
Extension of Time to complete a Task
If unforeseen circumstances arise that impact on a student ’ s ability to meet the specified due date for an assessment task, they may apply for an Extension of Time to complete a task. The application form is available from the Senior School Provision Leader. The application will be considered by the Senior School Provision Leader following consultation with subject teacher/s. Appropriate documentation must be supplied with the application. Students will only be able to apply for one extension per subject, per Semester, unless Special Provision is in place. If the circumstances persist and impact on other assessment tasks, the student must apply under Special Provision.
