small work area highlighted by a black-and-white photo gallery of the people and memories the Glasses hold most dear. Creating a space to make memories with their friends and family was very important to both Randall and Kim. “We really wanted to have this place not only for our family, but we like to have our friends over,” said Kim. “We’ve also had our church group, especially during COVID when no one wanted to meet, but we could meet outside.” Across the back of the house, more arched wooden doors, artfully detailed with wide, dark molding, draw you to the beautiful backyard the Glasses renovated in 2019. In this area, they were able to add a pool, outdoor kitchen, sport court, batting cage and

detached garage. Kim and Randall agree their favorite part of the house is the outdoor area. “It’s where the boys and I spend most of our time. When we’re together, we’re playing and just enjoying the outdoors,” Randall said with a laugh. “Another favorite area is in my detached garage. I have a fish-cleaning station.” In creating this home, the primary goal was far more than creating just a beautiful Tuscan house. Instead, the hope was to create a place for friendships and family to grow—for the kids to make memories. “I want the boys to remember that we wanted to be with them. That’s our favorite thing, to be together. I would rather spend time with Randall and the boys than anyone else,” Kim said.
