On March 9, at the Ray Friel Recreation Centre in Cumberland, the Panthers shut out the Bandits on their home ice 9-0, with Embrun winning the second round of the league’s ‘A’ series of playoff games 4-0 over Cumberland. Nailing a hat trick on the scoreboard for Embrun was AdamFillion with goals in the first and third periods. Also scoring for the Panthers were Josh Renaud with a pair of goals plus singles from Cody Lavictoire, Nathan Bols, Julien Grégoire, and Tyler Cayen. Dana Pollex guarded the Embrun net.
