Conclusion:
Thank you for the opportunity to update you on the primary initiatives of the Faculty Senate. Our committees are working on many important projects in addition to these initiatives, and we continue to appreciate the opportunity to engage in the governance of the institution. Across our many initiatives and day-to-day participation in the governance of the institution, we aim to contribute to increased retention and improved academic experience of students at Central, to enhance faculty morale and build a culture of trust, and to continue to strengthen shared governance.
We also appreciate the willingness of the Board to make time for meetings with faculty and for genuinely embracing faculty concerns. We look forward to our future discussions.
