Day 6: Kuala Lumpur A half-day tour of the KL leads to the Petronas Twin Towers, National Mosque, Tugu Negara War Memorial, Railway Station, Cricket Club, King’s Palace, and Federal Court. Free time lets you visit Batu Caves or head to Jalan Alor for tasty street food. Day 7: Kuala Lumpur Time for solo exploration; admire the views from Petronas Twin Towers’ Skybridge and observation deck or visit Sultan Abdul Samad Building, Kuala Lumpur Railway Station, and Royal Selangor Visitor Centre. Optional Full-day Tour to Malacca or visit to Perdana Botanical Gardens Day 8: Kuala Lumpur to Sandakan Fly to Sandakan in eastern Borneo for a two-night stay with a short city tour on arrival. The surrounding tropical forests teem with long-tailed macaques, proboscis monkeys, gibbons, sun bears, and orang-utan. Day 9: Sandakan Visit Bornean Sun Bear Conservation Centre and Sepilok Orangutan Rehabilitation Centre. After lunch; stop at Agnes Keith House and museum - dedicated to the American writer’s accounts of life in North Borneo. Day 10: Sandakan to Kota Kinabalu Fly to Kota Kinabalu in western Borneo for three nights. Call at Mari Mari Cultural Village to experience the traditions, history, and culture of indigenous tribes en- route. Lunch is followed by a free afternoon and evening. Dayz 11 and 12: Kota Kinabalu You have two free days to enjoy the beach, swimming pools, restaurants, bars, golf course, spa, and adjacent 400-acre nature reserve. Day 13: Kota Kinabalu to Kuala Lumpur to UK Transfer to the airport early afternoon for your overnight flight home via Kuala Lumpur. Day 14: UK You’ll arrive back in the UK early this morning.

Day 1: UK to Penang Arrive at the airport for your overnight flight to Penang via Kuala Lumpur. Day 2: Penang Arrive in Penang and transfer to your hotel on Batu Ferringhi beach.
