The air is crisp and the holiday season is fast upon us! I had a blast participating this year in thecityofSandy’sTrickorTreat event. There were well over 1000kids(notanexaggeration) thatstoppedbyourSandyclinic for some delicious candy and someterribleDad jokes(you’re welcome)!
One of our first newsletters we produced focused on the topic of “18 summers” andhowshortourtime iswithourchildrenbeforetheygrowup. It’shardtobelieve we’ve been helping our communities going on nearly 5 years and hopefully many more to come. My son, Rylan, was only 4 years old, and daughter, Rowan, was only 2 months old, when we opened the doors of Ascent. Here is a recent photo from Cathedral Park by the St. Johns Bridge of my children and our dogs. Not to be sappy or cliché, but cherish all of the moments because life is too short to not fill it with love and kindness.
