Built in 1996, One Crown Way was designed by Ball- inger and the Construction Manager was Nason and Cul- len. Designed as a corporate headquarters with quality materials throughout, One Crown Way, although 20 years old, remains a show place today. The corporate campus environment on 40 acres also includes a full food prep cafeteria, a fitness cen- ter, underground executive parking and a one half mile walking trail. n
