Humboldt Station Hazleton- Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate was engaged by CAN DO of Hazleton to market land parcels for hospitality, service, and professional businesses adjacent to their successful Humboldt Industrial Park on the I-81 corridor. Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate sold this six acre parcel to Lehigh Valley based Coordinated Health who is building a 42,000 SF walk-in clinic, ambulatory surgery center and medical offices. CAN DO’s Humboldt Station services not only the Park but the entire Hazleton area on the I-81 Corridor.

WILKES-BARRE (Market Street Square)- Once the passenger rail station for the Central Railroad of New Jersey, this architecturally significant and historic property sat vacant for a number of years after early attempts to redevelop it failed. Situated on six acres of land, Hinerfeld Commercial Real Estate was engaged by the Luzerne County Redevelopment Authority to sell the property to a developer who would reposition the property and preserve the station. The property is sold and work has begun on its adaptive reuse.
