FROM YOUR FOOD & BEVERAGE DIRECTOR
As we head into fall and winter, there is an exciting energy building throughout Stonebriar. Over the next several months, our Food & Beverage team will remain focused on one overarching goal: taking the Stonebriar dining experience to the next level and creating memorable experiences our members truly deserve. Seasonality will be a major part of that evolution, with menus that embrace fresh ingredients and flavors throughout the year, while also taking the Stonebriar classics our members know and love and finding thoughtful ways to elevate each dish to the next level. Our focus extends beyond the food itself. We will continue elevating our dining spaces and paying close attention to the details that shape the overall experience - from atmosphere and presentation to music, lighting and service. Whether you are stopping in after a round of golf, enjoying lunch with friends or joining us for a special evening, we want every visit to feel intentional, welcoming and distinctly Stonebriar. Perhaps our greatest investment, however, will be in our people. Education and development will remain at the forefront, with an increased focus on wine and spirits education, culinary and menu knowledge, service standards and the finer points of hospitality. We want our team to understand not only what we serve, but the stories behind it, giving them the knowledge and confidence to make thoughtful recommendations, anticipate needs and create genuine connections with our members. There is tremendous opportunity ahead, and we are excited about where Stonebriar is going. Some changes will be immediately noticeable, while others will happen quietly behind the scenes, but each brings us closer to the same goal: creating a dining experience our members are proud to call their own and one they look forward to returning to time and time again. We look forward to sharing this next season with you and we’ll see you at the table.
