There is something special about this time of year at Stonebriar. As the temperatures begin to cool and the holiday season comes into view, the Club takes on an energy all its own. It’s a season filled with traditions, time spent with family and friends, and plenty of reasons to come together.		5
Our fall calendar is packed with opportunities to enjoy all that Club life has to offer. From Golf and Racquet Association events to seasonal favorites and a few new experiences, our team has been hard at work creating a memorable lineup for our Members. We’re looking forward to Frighty Fest fun, special Wine Dinners featuring unique vendors, a NEW Holiday Kick-Off Party, and much more as we make our way toward the end of 2026. Be sure to make your reservations through the Invited App or by calling the Club, as many of our most popular events fill quickly.		5
This season also gives us an opportunity to come together for an important cause through the Stonebriar Charity Classic. We are proud to support Operation Once in a Lifetime and the Invited Foundation, and there are several ways for you to get involved and make an impact. Turn to page 14 to learn more about how you can make a difference.		5
As you spend more time at the Club this season, I also encourage you to share the Stonebriar experience with friends, neighbors, and colleagues who would make a wonderful addition to our membership. A strong Club community is built by great Members, and your personal introductions play an important role in helping that community continue to grow. As we head into fall and winter, there is an exciting energy building throughout Stonebriar. Over the next several months, our Food & Beverage team will remain focused on one overarching goal: taking the Stonebriar dining experience to the next level and creating memorable experiences our members truly deserve. Seasonality will be a major part of that evolution, with menus that embrace fresh ingredients and flavors throughout the year, while also taking the Stonebriar classics our members know and love and finding thoughtful ways to elevate each dish to the next level.		16
Our focus extends beyond the food itself. We will continue elevating our dining spaces and paying close attention to the details that shape the overall experience - from atmosphere and presentation to music, lighting and service. Whether you are stopping in after a round of golf, enjoying lunch with friends or joining us for a special evening, we want every visit to feel intentional, welcoming and distinctly Stonebriar.		16
Perhaps our greatest investment, however, will be in our people. Education and development will remain at the forefront, with an increased focus on wine and spirits education, culinary and menu knowledge, service standards and the finer points of hospitality. We want our team to understand not only what we serve, but the stories behind it, giving them the knowledge and confidence to make thoughtful recommendations, anticipate needs and create genuine connections with our members.		16
There is tremendous opportunity ahead, and we are excited about where Stonebriar is going. Some changes will be immediately noticeable, while others will happen quietly behind the scenes, but each brings us closer to the same goal: creating a dining experience our members are proud to call their own and one they look forward to returning to time and time again. As we head into the fall season, our Racquet Sports program is building on the momentum of an incredible summer. With tennis and pickleball leagues back in full swing, our courts are buzzing with energy as members compete, improve their games, and enjoy time with friends both on and off the court. It’s shaping up to be a fun and competitive season with plenty of opportunities to get involved.		28
The next few months are packed with exciting events for members of all ages. October brings our Oktoberfest Pickleball Mixer, Junior Tournament Match Play, Men’s Doubles Tennis Night, Junior Invited Challenge Team Cup, and the start of a new season of in-house pickleball leagues. November will feature our Tennis and Pickleball Club Championships, STA Ladies Member-Guest, and annual Black Friday Tennis Bootcamp. We’ll close out the year in December with the STA Men’s Tennis Pro-Am and our always-popular Tacky Sweater Pickleball Mixer.		28
