For leave under this policy, notify your manager and provide a copy of the court or administrative certificate regarding your required appearance. Time off under this policy will be without pay; however, exempt employees will not incur any reduction in pay for a partial week's absence for leave to appear as a witness. The Company will not retaliate against employees who request or take leave in accordance with this policy. Election Officer Leave CREA, LLC will provide employees who have been selected to serve as election officers with unpaid leave for an entire day to attend training or serve. Provide as much notice as possible of your need to take leave.
