potential conflict of interest between you and a competitor, supplier, distributor, or contractor to the Company, you must disclose it to your manager. If an actual or potential conflict of interest is determined to exist, the Company will take such steps as it deems necessary to reduce or eliminate this conflict.+ 2.12 Employment of Relatives and Friends We will not employ friends or relatives in circumstances where actual or potential conflicts may arise that could compromise supervision, safety, confidentiality, security, and morale at CREA, LLC. It is your obligation to inform the Company of any such potential conflict so the Company can determine how best to respond to the particular situation.
