For every eligible USD 5 Event spend, GC Event Planner will earn 1 Golden Circle Award Point, with a maximum cap of USD 200,000 spend per event (=maximum of 40,000 GC PTS).

Room award redemption allows members to redeem free room nights for themselves and their nominees using their GC Award Points

REDEEM POINTS
Room Awards must be booked at least one day in advance.
Room Awards are not transferable and the room must be occupied by the Member or the designated Nominee.
Any changes (including hotel, room type, check-in date, length of stay or guest name) will be required to “cancel” the original room award reservation and book a new one. Do not amend RTC (CLICK HERE), as it will trigger Award cancellation. Late cancellation penalty may apply. A new award might be created and GC Award Points will be deducted again.
