As one of his last acts as warden of the United Counties of Prescott- Russell (UCPR) for 2019, Robert Kirby (centre) presented a cheque for $14,000 to the Township of East Hawkesbury, for use in supporting local community projects and charities. Joining Kirby, who is also mayor of East Hawkesbury, was township councillor Karina Sauvé and deputy-mayor Richard Sauvé.
