On behalf of Social Care Wales, I am pleased to
endorse the VBHC Academy. The programme will provide an opportunity for leaders and aspiring leaders across health and social care to develop the knowledge and skills required to embed the principles of Value-Based Health and Care across our sectors. Putting people at the centre and focusing on ‘what matters most’ is at the heart of our legislative framework. The educational programmes will support true integration and development of a common language in service collaboration to support outcomes focused delivery across the whole health and
care pathway and I look forward to the Academy
helping to accelerate research in this important and emerging area of health and care policy.
