Fitness Center hours are 5:00 AM to 10:00 PM, 7 days a week. Women’s steam room and men’s sauna are operational from 7:00 AM to 8:00 PM. Members wishing to access the building before/after business hours need a PIN, apply here.

The Fitness Center will be open on Thanksgiving Day with limited staffing. Evening GX classes will be canceled on Wednesday, 21 November, as well as all of Thanksgiving Day and the day following. Classes resume on a normal schedule effective Saturday, 24 November. THANKSGIVING HOURS Guest Policy Reminder Planning to have family visit during the holidays? If you would like to bring them to the Fitness Center, please be sure to first register them at the Admin Office during normal business hours. New Class: Morning Vinyasa Flow! Start your day with an energizing yoga class! This class will meet Tuesdays at 6:00 AM beginning in November and will include a warm-up, Vinyasa flow, and cool down/stretch segment. It is an all-levels class, appropriate for beginners, but with options for those with more experience or those seeking more intensity. Dana Halkowski will instruct. Yoga for OSTEOPOROSIS

Saturday, 3 November from 2:00 to 3:30 PM $20 per person - registration is limited

Our bone metabolism may become out of balance when calcium leaves the bones faster than it is replaced. Specific yoga poses improve bone density and calcium balance. In this workshop, you will review how to modify yoga poses to help strengthen bones and keep already weakened bones safe. Dhyana Delatour, a certified International Yoga Therapist, will lead the workshop.

Alex Ali will lead this class - all fees collected will benefit VYP. The suggested donation is $25 (please bring a check payable to “Veterans Yoga Project”).

Forever Fit (formerly "Senior- cize")* Monday 4:00 PM/ Thursday 11:00 AM (45 minutes) To help you stay active, this class focuses on balance, flexibility, and light strengthening. Gentle Yoga ** Tuesday/Thursday 9:45 AM An easy slow-paced flow of Hatha Yoga which focuses on alignment, deep breathing, and balance. Morning Vinyasa Flow ** Tuesday 6:00 AM Start your day with a warm-up, followed by an energizing Vinyasa Flow. All levels.
