RTT’s large equipment spray booths are used in a wide variety of markets including aviation, rail, mining, truck, wind energy and other large-scale industrial finishing operations. RTT’s Large Equipment Spray Booths offer a safe and clean environment and are designed to meet or exceed all applicable OSHA and NFPA regulations. RTT’s spray booths are available in a variety of air flow styles to fit any application, including crossdraft, modified downdraft, side downdraft and downdraft designs. The booths are also offered in solid back, drive through, and reverse flow designs as well as pressurized and non-pressurized models. Booths can be equipped with dedicated air make-up units (AMU’s) and configured with prep and cure cycle, as required. RTT booths can be provided with temperature and humidity control as well as air recirculation modes in spray and or cure mode for energy efficiency. RTT booths are constructed with laser cut and precision folded prime quality 18- gauge galvanized steel and are available in a range of pre-engineered standard sizes that are readily available. Custom size solutions can also be developed to meet site and application specific requirements. Depending on the application, RTT offers three types of booth construction: Standard, Heavy and Xtreme duty. • “Standard Duty” construction is engineered with 10-gauge support structure for booths up to 20’W x 20’H. • “Heavy Duty” construction is engineered with vertical and horizontal W6x9 I-beams... for booths up to 20’W x 20’H. • “Xtreme Duty” construction utilizes vertical I-beams and horizontal trusses... capable of unlimited dimensions larger than 20’W x 20’H.” RTT booths are easy to install and simple to maintain. RTT booths are easy to install and simple to maintain. The quality and workmanship of RTT spray booths allow us to offer a 5-year warranty* when using high performance W-Series RP Arrestor exhaust filters manufactured by RTT. • RTT booths are constructed from heavy duty 18-gauge, prime quality galvanized steel and engineered with corresponding support structure. • All panels and support members are laser cut and precision formed for consistent fit allowing for easy nut and bolt assembly. • Doors are field hung on slotted hinges to facilitate adjustment on two axis’ to compensate for field conditions. Our standard 36” wide personnel door is constructed with a square tube frame and covered with 18-gauge galvanized steel and includes an observation window. • RTT booths ship with industry leading E-Light LED lighting which provides lower energy usage, exceptionally longer life, truer color rendering, reduced maintenance costs and includes a 5-year warranty. • LED lighting is constructed of 22-gauge steel which is powder coated white, and available in 4000 and 8000 lumen models. E-Lights are ETL listed for US and Canada with Class 1 Division 2, Group A, B, C, D and Class 2 division 2, Group F and G ratings. • High efficiency W-Series RP Paint Arrestor blanket media ships with every booth for extended life, increased depth loading and holding capacity. The blanket filters are secured in place with RTT FilterLoc technology which provides a tighter seal to the booth eliminating overspray bypass while providing quick and easy filter change outs. • All RTT booths utilize efficient and quality brand-name tubeaxial fans and motors.

Crossdraft booths intake air through filters in the product doors. The clean, filtered air is drawn through the booth and exhausted through a filter system at the opposite end.
Modified Downdraft booths intake fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a filter bank located in the booth ceiling, near the product doors. The filtered air is drawn down through the booth to an exhaust filter system at the opposite end.

Side Downdraft booths intake air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a filtered booth ceiling. The filtered air is drawn down and away from the product through exhaust filters at the floor level, along both sides.
Downdraft booths take in fresh air from the cleaner upper levels of the shop through a filtered booth ceiling. The filtered air is drawn down and away from the product into the filtered exhaust pit located in the floor.

DURABLE POWDER COATED WHITE OPTION AVAILABLE Powder coating is a high quality finish that provides a more durable and attractive finish. Your paint booth will be more resistant to scratches, chips, abrasions, corrosion, fading and other wear issues. AIR MAKE-UP UNIT (AMU) An AMU replaces 100% of the exhausted air from the booth enclosure with fresh, filtered, tempered outside air. Available for both indoor and outdoor applications, AMU's can be set up for vertical or horizontal configurations. Multiple discharge locations are available. PAINT MIX ROOMS RTT's Paint Mix Rooms provide a controlled area for safely mixing paint. Easy to maintain and operate, the product was designed to provide fast and simple installation.
TOUCH SCREEN & PLC BASED CONTROLS AVAILABLE RTT offers touch screen controls for our batch ovens, paint booths and powder collectors, allowing for simple operation of your equipment. There are (3) size options to choose from as well as expandable input and outputs, on screen pressure monitoring, precise system information, built-in hour meters, and ethernet communications
EXHAUST DUCTWORK High quality 18 guage galvanized steel ductwork and other needed accessories to properly exhaust your finishing equipment. The components come in a wide variety of configurations depending on your paint booth structure and features. Our ductwork construction provides superior protection against destructive elements including corrosion and rust.
FILTERLOC ZIP-TO-LOCK FILTER MANAGEMENT TECHNOLOGY
FilterLoc is the quick and easy way to change out filters by eliminating the need for clips or pins. FilterLoc is designed to be mounted directly to the spray booth eliminating overspray bypass into the exhaust chamber. Once the track is mounted, it only takes seconds to secure the filter in place eliminating the need to overlap filters, saving money. RP ARRESTOR W-SERIES EXHAUST FILTRATION The RP W-Series high efficiency line of filtration products is made of slit and expanded paper with a white outer layer. They are engineered for depth loading, extended life and holding capacity. The polyester back layer increases efficiency when used in applications with finely atomized particles.
