SEND Learning Centre at The Oaks Specialist College - TG Escapes Modular Eco-Buildings ‘The Point’ is a powerful “Invest-to-Save” model, delivering a net-zero specialist facility in just eight months. Byenabling complex-needs learners to be educated locally, it saves the council £1m annually while providing abiophilic, home-like environment that fosters independence. It proves that sustainable MMC delivers better socialand economic outcomes.
