SECTION IV. FACULTY SENATE
A. There shall be a Senate, which is a representative body of CWU’s faculty as defined in the CBA. The Senate is the primary instrument for shared governance and consultation at CWU. The Senate shall have the responsibility of acting for and on behalf of the faculty in matters that are not mandatory subjects of collective bargaining or that are not in conflict with state and federal law.
