Reflective Practice Groups offer coaches, mentors and leaders a structured, facilitated space to learn from experience alongside colleagues. Each session is active, deliberate and solutions-focused, bringing discipline to how we notice, question and grow through the work we do. Groups are either formed within a single organisation or drawn from open-enrolment participants. All groups assume existing knowledge and practice of coaching.

Developing coaches and mentors is one thing — sustaining their growth is another. This short, practical course equips leaders of coaching and mentoring teams with the frameworks and skills to lead effective reflective practice sessions in their own context, immediately and with confidence. Grounded in GCI’s research-informed, practitioner-focused approach, the course blends theory with live experience and practi - cal tools. At least 12 months of experience as a coach, mentor or leader is recommended.
