Essentials of GROWTH Coaching introduces educators to the GROWTH Framework as both a structured coaching tool and a way of bringing greater shape, intention and impact to all professional conversations. Whether used in formal coaching sessions or everyday collegial exchanges, the framework supports more facilitative, reflective conversations that build trust, clarity and professional agency. This one-day course is research-informed, immediately practical and designed to be accessible to all staff, not just designated coaches or leaders.
