YOUR LIFE CHANGING COURSE CURRICULUM INCLUDES

COACHING FOUNDATIONS

1 MONTH

Your learning will begin with the foundations of the LCI Coaching Method, which includes the signature LCI coaching model and principles and how to use them with today’s ever-evolving workforce. Once you learn how to use the transformational tool with your team, your leadership will never be the same. You will be able to build more trust and improve your relationship with your team right away, ultimately leading to increased productivity and effectiveness.

EXPAND YOUR TOOL BOX

2 MONTH

Month two is all about taking the foundation we learned last month to the next level. You will learn the latest proven techniques to help your team set effective goals, move past barriers and detach from fixed mindsets. Then you will become an expert in helping people to expand their creative thinking, become more innovative, and learn to hold themselves accountable to meeting their commitments.

YOUR COACHING IDENTITY

3 MONTH

If we are going to be effective leaders, we need to know our leadership values and identify how we want to show up as a leader. This month is all about understanding yourself as a leader and coach. You will define your unique leadership brand, connect to your leadership values and identify your ideal coachee. You will also learn more about the ICF (International Coach Federation) and how being an ICF certified coach can support your leadership.

BUILDING MASTERY

4 MONTH

In month four, we start tapping into our ability to coach intuitively. We practice guiding people through the process of coaching, all while integrating the art of intuitive coaching to ensure the best outcomes. You will also learn a suite of cutting-edge tools to help your team explore alternate points of view, decision-making, commitment to action, moving through change, and process mapping.

COACH FOR TRANSFORMATION

5 MONTH

Coaching is all about growth, and month five delves into powerful techniques to help people achieve transformational growth. You will learn how to help people work past the things that are holding them back through perspective-shifting exercises. You will practice coaching when you are short on time, learn to coach difficult and hard to manage personalities, and uncover how to integrate your new coaching skills with your other leadership skills, such as feedback, mentorship, and assessment.

PREPARE FOR ASSESSMENT

6 MONTH

In month six, we will help you prepare to become a LCI certified coach by bringing it back to the core fundamentals of great coaching. We will ensure that you are set up for success for your final LCI 1:1 assessment and prepare you to apply for your ICF ACC credential, should you choose to do so. As a bonus, we also teach you how to build your coaching practice, either inside or outside an organization.

MENTOR COACHING

You will catapult your coaching skills with feedback from our mentor coaches during group and 1:1 mentor coaching sessions. You will receive 7 hours of group mentoring in class and 3 x 1:1 sessions.

PRACTICE

Practice is a key to success in coaching. The more we practice, the stronger we will become as coaches. Throughout the 6 months, you will have ample practice time and an additional 3 coaching triads outside class with your classmates.

ICF ACCREDITED PROGRAM

The LCI Coach Certification for Leaders is an ICF (International Coach Federation) accredited program and provides you with the coach training hours and mentor coaching that you will need to apply for your ACC level credential.
