The FT-250 Industrial Slicer is the machine that started it all — combining high volume, programmable slicing into one compact, affordable machine. Quickly and easily slice a variety of products, including bacon (up to 9” wide), salami, ham, sausages, cold cuts, and block cheeses. Upgrades are available to add weigh capabilities and to accommodate wider slabs of bacon.
