Air! Cool, clean air.
PCSO IN THE AIR On Thursday 17th June it was Clean Air Day, so all the Junior PCSOs went outside to patrol the roads around our school. We wanted to make sure that every child was safe on their arrival to school. We tried to discourage people from parking in an unsafe place or outside of our school. When people parked on the double yellow lines, we took photos of their vehicle or wrote down their licence plate. We sent out 9 letters of warning to ask that parents and carers do not park on the zig zags, double yellows or in unsafe parking places. If you park on the lines, more than three times, we will send your details to the local police. So, please help us keep the air clean around our school and walk, cycle or scoot to school and this will keep our little lungs healthy. Don’t forget that this is a form of exercise.
