Goodwin Commercial

P amela J. Goodwin's interest in entrepreneurship started when she was four years old. Her first venture was a lemonade stand, and then she worked in the family’s poultry business. Prior to starting her own firm, she worked for sever- al large shopping center developers including: The Hahn Co., Macerich, General Growth Properties, and on the tenant-side with Brinker Inter- national where she developed more than 50 pad sites throughout the country for freestanding Chili’s and On the Border Restaurants. Work- ing on both the landlord and tenant side of commercial real estate has provided her with a crucial under- standing of landlord and tenant re- quirements, which helps her guide clients to successful results. Being an entrepreneur, Pamela decided to start her own company in 2006.
