front or side yard area, excepted as otherwise addressed in the Land Development Ordinance.
(3) Parking in Front Yard Prohibited. Parking vehicles in the front yard of a residence, whether an existing or new residence shall be prohibited, except in designated driveway or parking area in accordance with the provisions provided herein. (4) Model Home or Sales Center. A residential, single-family home used as a model home or sales center shall provide a paved parking area, including a minimum of two (2) parking bays, with direct ADA compliant access from the parking area to the entrance of the model home or sales center. The access driveway width shall comply with the residential driveway width standard of the Town’s Standard Specifications & Construction Details. Such parking area may be provided on the adjacent lot, where such lot is in the same ownership or a notarized right to use has been received by the Town.

Off-Street Parking .
A. Front lot widths 50 feet or greater shall provide a driveway access from a public right- of-way; however, where provided, off-street parking shall require the driveway to be a minimum of 20 feet in length from the property line to the principal building to avoid vehicles creating a barrier for vehicular or pedestrian traffic along said public right-of- way. B. Off-street parking in a tandem configuration may not count towards more than one space to meet the minimum parking requirements. This applies both in the case of a standalone driveway and/or with the presence of a garage. All additional required parking not provided via a driveway and/or garage shall be within 250 feet of the principal units being served and may be either on-street or off-street in a designated parking lot. (6) Garages . A minimum 20 feet setback shall be provided from the vehicle entrance of the garage to the right-of-way, except as otherwise provided in this Article. Where located on an alley or rear access street, garages shall comply with the required 20-foot setback from the right-of-way or easement or shall be located a minimum of three (3) feet and a maximum of five (5) feet from the property line or easement providing vehicle access.
f. Off-Street Parking & Storage of Vehicles, Trailers or Manufactured Homes
Off-street parking or storage of delivery or service vehicles, trailers or manufactured homes shall be prohibited within the front or side setback of a principal building/use, or a minimum of 50 feet from a public right of way, whichever is greater, adjacent to a public thoroughfare, except as
