(26) LODGING. The term defining a premises available for daily and weekly renting of bedrooms.
(27) LOT. For zoning purposes, as covered by the Land Development Ordinance, a lot is a parcel of land of sufficient size to meet minimum zoning lot requirements for use, coverage, and area, and to provide such yards and other open spaces as are herein required in the Land development Ordinance. Such lot shall have frontage on an improved public street, and may consist of:
A. A single lot of record; or,
B. A portion of a lot of record; or,
C. A combination of complete lots of record or complete lots of record and portions of lots of record, or of portions of lots of record; or,
D. A parcel of land described by metes and bounds; provided that in no case of division or combination shall any residual lot or parcel be created which does not meet the requirements of the Land Development Ordinance.
(28) LOT (Watershed Protection). The term defining a parcel of land occupied or capable of being occupied by a building or group of buildings devoted to a common use, together with the customary accessories and open spaces belonging to the same.
(29) LOT, CORNER. The term defining a lot abutting on two (2) intersecting streets for the full length upon each street and one (1) street shall be considered the front lot line.
(30) LOT COVERAGE. The term defining the percentage of a lot that is covered by buildings and other roofed structures.
(31) LOT DEPTH. The term defining the mean horizontal distance between front and rear lot lines.
(32) LOT LAYER (Form-Based Districts). The term defining a range of depth of a lot from the public frontage line within which certain elements are permitted.
(33) LOT LINE. The term defining the line separation of a lot from any abutting street or adjoining lot.
