minimum of 70 feet along the secondary street frontage from the building containing the roof mounted mechanical unit. An administrative adjustment may be granted in accordance with Article F Use Regulations, §9-1255, p. (1) Accessory Uses, A. Accessory Use, Nonresidential, ii. Accessory Units if evidence is provided to show that roof mounted units are not visible from a further distance. B. Donation Bins . Donation drop off/pick-up bins or similar units are prohibited in the Downtown Center-1 (DC-1) and Downtown Center-2 (DC-2) Zoning Districts.

Diagonal Entrances
Diagonal entrances at the corners of buildings are permitted and encouraged and shall follow the standards of this Appendix.

Parking Location
(1) Parking Lots . Parking lot setbacks are required to meet the table below. Curb and gutter or wheel stops shall be installed to avoid interference with the pedestrian travel way

(2) Screening . All parking lots shall be screened with evergreen shrubs a minimum height of 30 inches at the time of planting and spaced a maximum of three (3) feet on center. Street trees shall be a minimum two (2) inch caliper at the time of planting and spaced a maximum of 40 feet on center.
(3) Parking Access . All parking requirements shall meet Town Standards and Specifications.
(4) Corner Lot Parking . On corner lots, parking drive access shall not be located on the primary frontage unless access on the secondary frontage is prohibited by either
