C. While streets may be designed in a straight-line grid, any streets that curve must have a minimum curve radius of 100-foot tangent with no double-backs.

D. Public frontage assemblies shall assign a planting strip/amenity zone, providing allowable locations for public infrastructure and public furniture outside of pedestrian and vehicular access ways. i. Frontages for all uses other than single family shall provide street furniture at regular intervals. Furniture shall be thematically consistent with the development and include benches, bicycle racks, trash/recycle receptacles, or other similar elements as identified on the approved master plan. Specific locations, materials, and designs shall be approved by the Director of Engineering with Construction Drawings for the associated road.

E. Lighting & Planting Standards. Public frontage assemblies lighting and planting should follow these requirements:

i. Streetlighting must be located within the planting strip/amenity zone and consistent with Table – Private Frontages and the lighting standards of Article N Parking, Loading & Lighting Design Standards and of the Town’s Standard Specifications & Construction Details, as amended. ii. Both streetlights and private site lighting shall consist of decorative poles and fixtures in a design consistent with the theme of the development. Design concept shall be included in the approved master plan.

iii. Public planting must be designed in accordance with Table – Public Frontage Types. No tree planted within the public frontage shall be planted within 30 feet of an intersection.

iv. At retail frontages, the spacing of trees may be irregular to avoid visually obscuring shopfront(s) but in no case shall trees be spaced more than 40 feet apart.

v. At gallery frontages, public planting is not required and public lighting may be provided within the gallery.
