Q. What advice do you have for those who didn’t participate in the corporate Fast Track? Should they participate in future Fast Tracks?
“Don’t miss out on the next Fast Track!” Senior Director 8 Dianne Gray-Wysocki says. “Even if there isn’t a Fast Track going, find accountability partners. Put something in place so you will keep your feet to the fire and know you’re working your business at least Monday through Friday.” For Erin, Fast Track was one of the best experiences of her life. “My team absolutely flourished because of Fast Track,” she says. “Three months feels like not very much time and a lot of time at the same time—but all of a sudden it’s gone. Don’t underestimate the work you put in with Fast Track, but also know that it’s so worth it. This level of activity will make a difference in your whole life. Three months of really consistent,
hard work could totally change your whole world. That’s what Fast Track did for so many people on my team.” Melissa wouldn’t build her business any other way. “After Fast Track is done, why wouldn’t you want to keep doing Fast Track? Why wouldn’t you want to continue to have those results? Why not continue to better
your business and provide better for your family? Fast Track teaches you valuable lessons. It’s not about Hawaii. That’s not the biggest reward. If you could continue to reward yourself with Fast Track results, why would you go back to doing it any other way?”
Always Be Involved with Fast Track is Critical Business-Building Activity number six. Melaleuca’s strongest leaders know that participating in Fast Track is what helps you make the most of all the other Critical Activities. Summer is the perfect time to organize your own Fast Track and stay engaged all season long. have your own fast track
Q. What are you doing differently this summer because of Fast Track?
Executive Director 4 Trish Grinnell is going to continue daily accountability. “Fast Track also gave us a way to display what we were doing (or not doing) with the online tracker,” she says. “We were able to gently put people back on track who were not hold- ing their end of the bargain. Life is going to happen, but when you make a commitment to each other, you keep working in spite of the crazy things that happen in life. We are going to keep doing Fast Track through the summer and fall because I know it can help everyone on my team become Senior Direc- tors by Convention 2020.”
“We’ve decided to continue doing Fast Track,” Executive Director 8 Rhonda Hendrix says. “One thing I figured out with this Fast Track— and so did many on my team—is that I just had a hobby. I didn’t really have a business. I never really did something every day. Being aware of this has upped our game completely. We’ve conditioned ourselves to working with more intent. When I first started with Mela- leuca, I was enrolling enough to get Circle of Influence or Expanded Circle of Influence all the time. I had slowed down to enrolling only about two new customers each month. Because of Fast Track, I’ve been enrolling be- tween four and eight. That’s my new normal.”
Erin plans to put her business first. “Working my business has to be the first thing on my plate,” Erin says. “I’m a mom of two and we have a million things going on. If I wait until the end of the day or try to fit my business in where I can, I could go a week without working my business because life is so crazy and busy. It’s even busier in the summer. It’s less organized. So I’m going to take what I learned from Fast Track—be intentional, work every day—and work with my team to do the same.”
