Berth, take in the panoramic ocean view at Long Point Lighthouse, and visit Auk Island Winery. Day nine will begin with a visit to the North Atlantic Aviation Museum in Gander to learn about the development of transatlantic aviation and the town’s role in the days after 9/11. Up next is Terra Nova National Park, one of the province’s most beautiful national parks. Our three-night stay in the capital will see us visiting Mistaken Point Ecological Reserve, embarking on whale and bird-watching boat tours, traveling to Cape Spear, and enjoying free time to explore St. John’s. We will then catch our flight home with incredible memories of our time in Newfoundland and Labrador.
