Prepare to be captivated by Door County, Wisconsin! We’ll spend five nights in Sturgeon Bay and fill our days with authentic Door County experiences, beginning with the Cherry Train tour. The ferry will take us to Washington Island for this narrated tour that will introduce us to life on
the island, its history, and more. Back on the mainland, we’ll depart for Seaquist Orchards where our entertaining guide will lead us through the cherry, apple, and pear trees. Day two will end with a very special Door County meal loved by locals and tourists alike – a traditional fish boil. Locally caught fish will
be boiled on an open fire, and we’ll know it’s time to eat when the fiery “boil over” occurs! Day three will introduce us to the best of Door County by old-time trolley. We’ll tour Eagle Bluff Lighthouse, enjoy a wine tasting, visit the bluffs at Peninsula State Park, and stop at a roadside market before returning to Sturgeon Bay to explore on our own.
