Maintain an annual clearance rate for North Division Property Crimes Unit of 20%. Organize monthly meetings with hotels and motel stakeholders along the I-35/Alliance corridor to share information related to crime trends. Ensure complainants receive a callback on all cases within 72 hours and document in Records Management System.
