Enforcement Process
l Bear in mind that NONE of the foregoing processes constitute final determinations or adjudications. l These mechanism merely initiate the enforcement process l Completion of the enforcement process will require an adjudication resulting in a: u Final Order u “ Findings of Fact and Conclusion of Law, ” or u “ Consent /Settlement Order. ”
Sanctions
l Proposed sanction should be proportionate to the seriousness of the violation l Discipline should be progressive l For minor or first time incidents, TGRAs may impose lesser sanctions
