Several members of the Alpha Zeta Chapter after meeting in March, 2017 with Indiana State University President Dr Dan Bradley. The purpose of the meeting was to review the success of the 2016-2017 academic year as well as discuss our strategy for the upcoming 2017-2018 academic year. During the 2017-2018 academic year the Alpha Zeta will be focused on the following pillars: 1. Personal accountability for Academic Excellence and Scholarship 2. Professional Career Development post-graduation 3. Support of Kappa Alpha Psi (North Central Province/National) & Indiana State University Initiatives
4. Advancement of the African American & Student Experience at Indiana State University 5. Support of Charitable and Community activities in the Greater Terre Haute Area 6. Alumni Support 7. Chapter Performance Matrix 1. Implement Kappa Guide Right program 2.
Retain leadership in community service events/hours for all Greek organizations on campus

Show overall improvement in GPA each semester
Grow and build a sustainable chapter by increasing membership Become the Greek organization of choice on the ISU Campus
6. Become the largest undergraduate Chapter within the North Central Province of Kappa Alpha Psi
