Above: The Baltimore (MD) Alumni Chapter of Kappa Alpha Psi Fraternity, Inc. and the scholars of the Benchmark Kappa Leadership Institute participated in the 17 th Annual Dr. Martin Luther King, Jr. Parade in Baltimore, Maryland. They also served as escorts for the newly elected Mayor of Baltimore, Catherine E. Pugh. The parade was supported by many Baltimore residents and more than 50 groups from across the region.
