Brothers from around the country converged on Capitol Hill for the 2017 James "Biff" Carter Legislative Policy Conference from April 30-May 2, 2017. Earlier, the brothers of the Middle Eastern Province convened in Raleigh, North Carolina to discuss issues important to members of Kappa Alpha Psi ® . At right, brothers attended a reception at the National Museum of African American History and Culture.
