Williams will oversee production from Parable’s organic Cabernet Sauvignon vineyards and select premium vineyard sources across Napa Valley. Her appointment comes as Parable begins construction on a new state-of-the-art winery along Silverado Trail and releases its 2025 McGah Sauvignon Blanc, the first new vintage produced under her technical oversight. Williams brings extensive experience from respected Napa estates including Spottswoode, Pahlmeyer, Arrow&Branch, and Zeitgeist Cellars. “I am honored to join the Eppright family at this exciting stage of Parable’s journey,” Williams said. 4 Oliver’s Market announces fifth Sonoma County store Sonoma County- based, 100% employee-owned Oliver’s Market announced plans for its fifth Sonoma County location at Farmer’s Lane Plaza in Santa Rosa. The independent grocer is under contract to purchase the shopping center and plans to open in the 35,500-square-foot space formerly occupied by Rite Aid. Design and construction are expected to begin soon, with the new store slated to open in 2027 and create approximately 150–200 jobs. The store will include full-service deli, bakery, meat and seafood, produce, grocery, gift, and floral departments. “After years of looking for our next store site, it is an exciting milestone for our employee owners,” said General Manager Scott Gross.

Marin County selected John Alden as its first Inspector General, a newly created independent oversight role designed to strengthen transparency, accountability and public trust in the Marin County Sheriff’s Office. Established

through Ordinance 3824, the Office of Inspector General will manage community complaints, review Sheriff’s Office policies and practices, oversee investigations, issue public reports and support the Civilian Oversight Commission.
