The number of condo listings in North Vancouver decreased to 230 in January, 9% lower month-over- month and 7% below January 2020. Condo sales were 26% lower month-over-month, at 92, but increased 46% year-over-year. The sales-to-listings ratio decreased to 40%, as the condo market for North Vancouver remained in seller’s market territory. The condo benchmark price, at $591,400, was 1.0% higher month-over-month and 6% higher year-over-year. The average sold price of $708,657 was down 0.9% vs December, while at $828, the average PSF sales price was 2% higher month-over-month.
