From state-of- the-art equipment and free self-serve vacuums to environmentally conscious water reclamation practices, the Rochester location is committed to delivering value while remaining an active part of the community. We spoke with Marketing Director, Heather Herberholz, to learn more about Tommy's Express Car Wash, its commitment to customer service, and what drives its continued growth. Q: Tell us about Tommy's Express Car Wash. What does your company offer to the Rochester region? A : At Tommy's Express Car Wash, we're all about making it easy for people to keep their vehicles looking their best. We offer a fast, convenient, and high-quality car wash experience with state-of-the-art equipment, free self- serve vacuums, floor mat washers, and wash packages to fit every budget. For our frequent washers, our Unlimited Wash Club lets members wash as often as they'd like for one affordable monthly price. More than just providing clean cars, we're proud to be part of the Rochester community. We enjoy partnering with local businesses, supporting community events, and giving back whenever we can. Our goal is to provide a great experience every time someone visits our wash and to be a business our community is proud to support.
Q: How did it start for Tommy's Express Car Wash? A: Tommy's Express is part of the Tommy Car Wash Systems family, which has been innovating the car wash industry for more than 50 years. What started as a vision to create a faster, safer, and more enjoyable car wash experience has grown into a nationwide brand known for its technology, customer service, and consistent quality. When we opened our Rochester location, our mission was simple: provide an exceptional wash experience while becoming an active member of the local community. We're proud to have built lasting relationships with our customers and neighbors over the years. Q: Tommy's Express Car Wash has been a member of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce for six years. What do you find valuable in your membership to the organization? A: Being part of the Rochester Area Chamber of Commerce has given us the opportunity to connect with so many amazing local businesses and organizations. The Chamber does a fantastic job of bringing the business community together, whether it's through networking events, educational opportunities, or community initiatives. We've found that some of the best partnerships start with simply getting to know other business owners. Being involved with the Chamber has helped us grow those relationships, stay engaged with what's happening in Rochester, and continue finding ways to support our community.
