BROCK JOINS OLMSTED COUNTY AS ENGAGEMENT COORDINATOR
COLLISON PROMOTED TO VICE PRESIDENT OF STRATEGIC GROWTH & PUBLIC AFFAIRS Dan Collison , previously Senior Director of Business Development and Public Affairs at Sherman Associates, has been promoted to Vice President of Strategic Growth and Public Affairs. In this role, he will lead strategic growth initiatives, strengthen public- private partnerships, and advance development opportunities nationally and in the greater Rochester area.
LANDHERR NAMED VP OF COMMUNITY IMPACT
Olmsted County is pleased to welcome Julie Brock as Engagement Coordinator, effective June 1. Bringing extensive experience in workforce development and education, Brock will focus on building community relationships, improving service accessibility, and fostering an inclusive workplace culture. Her human-centered approach will help streamline county services and support equity.
Think Bank has promoted Crystal Landherr to Vice President of Community Impact and Communications. In this role, she will lead strategy across community impact and corporate communications to strengthen partnerships, elevate stories, and align efforts to support our connected and vibrant community. Her work builds on Think’s longstanding commitment to community investment.

Bethany Burkhardt has joined the Rochester Post Bulletin and Rochester Magazine as Multimedia Account Manager. New to the team, she is incredibly excited to throw herself into this awesome community, building authentic partnerships and helping local businesses thrive through innovative, data-driven digital and print marketing strategies.
Derek Gifford has joined McGough, contributing to the Bold. Forward. Unbound. project in downtown Rochester. A native of the Rochester area, Gifford brings local insight and a strong enthusiasm for the work ahead, embracing the opportunities and challenges the project presents. He began his career as a Construction Management Intern with Mayo Clinic and is eager to continue building on that experience.
Ed.D. , as its new vice president for Academic Affairs, effective July 1. With more than 20 years of experience in senior leadership positions at public and private universities, Furst- Bowe has worked with institutions nationally and globally on academic programming, integrated enrollment management, quality improvement, strategic planning and systems thinking.
