Le Signet officially opened in November 1974 during the inauguration of the Spence Avenue Mall, owned by Lise & Marcel Séguin. It’s a superb gift shop with greeting cards, magazines, books and all kinds of gifts for any occasion! A family business, the children worked in turn at the store; Michel, the youngest, showed a more particular interest in business. In November 1997, Michel started a
business with Wizard Printing, which became Wizard Art Shoppe in 1999: a company specializing in framing and artist material. In 2003 the two companies merged to become Le Signet & Wizard Art Shoppe and moved to the site that it still occupies today, at 300 Main West in Hawkesbury. Always a family business, Le Signet & Wizard Art Shoppe continues to offer you magazines, books (special requests always
welcome!), framing, artist material, greeting cards, religious objects and gifts for any occasion!
