Art Classes on Marco Island Starting in January, 2022, Leslie Shannon, our receptionist Elaine Chisenall’s daughter, will begin teaching art classes in her Beach Street Art Gallery studio on Barfield Avenue across from the ‘Big Publix”. If you are interested in the medium of oil, acrylic, watercolor or textures, Leslie will be there to help you create your masterpiece. There will be step by step instructions to ensure that the student walks away with a beautifully completed piece of
art. The classes will focus on painting techniques and tips that will help the student feel confident to paint anything on their own. There will be accommodation for all levels of experience. Even a seasoned painter will enjoy joining a group and sharing creativity with other creative artists Leslie offers two opportunities. One, where you bring your own supplies and ideas and she guides you through your project. There will also be classes where Leslie selects the painting subject and medium and will provide the canvas and all the supplies to complete the painting.
The classes will be once a week for three hours and extend for three, four or six week sessions continuing until the beginning of April 2022. There will be seven to eight members in each class. Please reach out to discuss scheduling and cost of the classes. Phone 239-235-7084 or email leslie@beachstreetartgallery.com
