ERSEY CITY, NJ — The Bank of Tokyo-Mitsubishi UFJ, Ltd. has added an additional 21,000 s/f of office space to its already significant Jersey City presence, boosting its occupancy to approximate- J Mack-Cali Realty announc e s 4Q leasing activity EDISON, NJ — Mack-Cali Realty Corporation announced that it leased 642,394 s/f at its office and office/flex properties in Northern and Central New Jersey during the fourth quar- ter. Portfolio-wide, Mack-Cali leased 1,147,218 s/f of space during the quarter. Highlights of the fourth quarter transactions include: New Cingular Wireless PCS, LLC, a wireless communica- tions service provider and long time Mack-Cali tenant, signed leases totaling 211,573 s/f in Paramus. The transac- tions consisted of a 137,991 s/f renewal at Mack-Cali Centre VII, 15 East Midland Ave. and a 73,582 s/f renewal at Mack-Cali Centre III, 140 East Ridgewood Ave.. Mack- Cali Centre VII, a 259,823 s/f office building, is 80.5% leased and the 239,680 s/f Mack-Cali Centre III is 91.9% leased. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Marc Rosenberg of Cushman & Wakefield. AECOM Technology Corpo- ration signed transactions to- taling 70,932 s/f at 30 Knights- bridge Rd. in Piscataway, con- sisting of a 59,652 s/f renewal and an 11,280 s/f expansion. The four-building property, totaling 680,350 s/f, is 92.7% leased. The tenant was rep- resented in the transaction by Adam Foster and Wesley Moore, both of CBRE. Mack- Cali was represented in-house by Toni Casiano, senior direc- tor of leasing. AECOM also signed a lease with Mack-Cali for 91,414 s/f at 125 BRd. St. in Downtown Manhattan. Towers Watson Pennsylva- nia, Inc., a global professional services company, signed a new lease for 28,500 s/f at 8 Campus Drive in Parsippany. The 214,265 s/f office building is located in Mack-Cali Busi- ness Campus. The tenant was represented in the transaction by Edward DaCosta of CBRE. Mack-Cali was represented in- house by Diane Chayes, senior vice president of leasing. n

Bank has a specific project they are working on now that required them to take this ad- ditional space.” Harborside Financial Center Plaza 3 is part of Mack-Cali Realty Corporation’s 3.1 mil- lion s/f Harborside Financial Center, consisting of five office towers, a retail component, ho- tel, planned luxury multi-fam- ily residential, and additional sites for development. “We are very pleased that Mack-Cali was able to accom- modate this latest expansion by the Bank of Tokyo,” said Foster. n
