A YEAR OF STRONG GROWTH
We are on a journey to change the construction industry. Ever since Edgar M. Jolley founded the company in 1968, we have worked to serve our clients with honesty, transparency and respect. Born from that desire to be a better partner with our clients, we formalized and implemented a process to do just that. We call it Concept-to-Completion, C2C®. Concept-to-Completion means that we think like owners to strategically and creatively generate value for our clients. But it’s more than a process; it’s a philosophy, strategy, culture and differentiator. We know that when we practice it, we provide greater value for our clients. Naturally, what started as an approach quickly became who we are. Because of our clients, we enjoyed strong growth in 2015. We invested in our employees through our continuing education program, Career-4-Life. We created an Advisory Board that helps guide our leadership. And, we boosted our recruiting efforts at universities across the country to promote our Co-Op Program. All of these efforts played large roles in our overall positive growth.
