Pursuing a master’s degree in Childhood Studies offers a fulfilling opportunity to support children and their families across diverse settings. The programme provides an in-depth understanding of child development in contemporary society and the planning and provision of policies and services for families. The MA Developmental and Therapeutic Play course equips you with knowledge and skills for non-directive play practice in education, health and social sciences, for example schools, hospitals and social services. Our academic staff's strong links with national and international networks ensure that students benefit from the latest research, policy, and practice developments, ultimately leading to improvements for children, parents, practitioners, managers, and policy makers.
