President ~ Monica Puckett
Monica Puckett has a Business Management degree from Oklahoma State University and a Mechanical Engineering degree from University of Tulsa. She is currently a Division Order supervisor at Emmaus Energy LLC. She has been at Emmaus Energy for 4 years now.
Previously she worked at Whirlpool as a project & process Engineer, then at Ford Glass Plant as a Glass Packaging Engineer. Next job was at American Airlines as a Senior Compliance Engineer where she retired in 2019. She has been a member of SADOA and NADOA for 3 years. Monica has been married to Jeff Puckett for 28 years. They have 2 daughters, Cady and Darby. Cady is married and living the Air Force life in Guam, while Darby graduated from the University of Oklahoma in May and now works at the Oklahoma Heart Institute. In her spare time Monica and Jeff enjoy sporting events, listening to local live music, and spending time with their extended family and friends! They also love traveling. First Vice President ~ Lauryn Rosales Lauryn Rosales serves as a Division Order Analyst at Emmaus Energy LLC, working alongside Monica Puckett in the Division Order Department. Since joining the company in May 2025, she has grown deeply in her role and strives to approach every task with excellence, integrity, and a heart that honors the Lord. Before entering the oil and gas industry, Lauryn spent five years as an intervention teacher for kindergarten–5th grade. She holds two associate degrees and is currently pursuing her bachelor’s degree in business at Northeastern State University. She is passionate about serving others—both in her work and in her ministry. Lauryn has been married to her husband, Armando, for five years this March, and together they enjoy life with their two dogs, Mae Mae and Waddles. They also serve as youth leaders at their church, where they pour into more than 30 incredible students, who they lovingly consider their own. Director ~ Erick Martinez Erick is an early career professional transitioning into the oil and gas industry. He holds a Petroleum Land Management Certificate from Oklahoma City University’s Meinders School of Business and a Division Order Certificate from Midland College. Both programs have provided him with valuable insight into land administration. Outside of his professional and volunteer roles, Erick enjoys playing tennis, watching college football, attending concerts, and exploring the vibrant culture and activities Tulsa has to offer. Secretary ~ Stacy Harris Stacy Harris currently works for Wildhorse Operating Co. In her role, Stacy oversees accounting, division orders, regulatory reporting, and
