Incident involving/possibly caused by electrical equipment.

Note: 1. For an explanation of government agency acronyms, refer to Section 3.1.2.1 2. When in doubt, notify ALL of the following key government agencies: -Oil and Gas regulators (MER) -Environmental regulators (MOE, WSA, and ECCC, DFO as appropriate) -Workplace Health and Safety regulators (OH&S, WCB) -Provincial Emergency Measures – Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA) - For any CER regulated facilities ONLY (CER and TSB) -Highway Authorities, for emergencies that impact or require closure of 1 or 2 digit highways (MHI) 3. An Adverse Efect is defined as an impairment of, or damage to, the environment, human health, safety or property.

Local Authority

The local authority for the EPM is the Local Emergency Measures Officer (LEMO). This position is normally filled by someone at the Rural Municipality (RM) when the emergency has taken place.

Disaster Services Organization

The Disaster Service Organization for this EPM is Saskatchewan Public Safety Agency (SPSA).
