▪ The founders of the artisanal Middle Eastern and North African food brand New York Shuk are the husband-and- wife duo Ron and Leetal Arazi. Originating from Israel, the couple moved to Brooklyn and launched the company in 2013, beginning with a couscous booth at the Smorgasburg NYC food market. Their mission is to keep their culinary heritage alive by offering handcrafted pantry staples like Harissa, Za'atar, and Couscous.

▪ Spices are more than ingredients—they’re storytellers. They hold memories, carry traditions, and bring people together over meals that mean something. That’s why Chef Meherwan Irani started Spicewalla: to make it easy for everyone to cook boldly, season fearlessly, and bring big flavor to their tables. He says “In India, this tradition is passed down by the women; they hold the food stories and infuse them into future generations”. He wanted to share the love of fresh spices and home cooking with the world and continues to do that today!
