▪ Amy Dell founded Sababa Foods in 2024. Saturday Sauce is an ode to Amy’s “aba” (Hebrew for Father), a former Chef & Restauranteur, whose matbucha has always been a staple in her household. As a working mom of two, Amy wanted to create a product that would save at-home cooks time and energy by cutting down steps in the kitchen, without sacrificing the quality of meals. Meet Saturday Sauce — a Middle Eastern starter sauce and kitchen essential for at-home chefs. Inspired by a family recipe, this tomato-based sauce is made with the highest quality ingredients (over 70% organic) like fresh (never frozen) vegetables and extra virgin olive oil, stewed down for hours to achieve an intense depth of flavor.

▪ Bocce’s was started in a tiny NYC kitchen with a mixer, an oven and a scruffy mutt named Bocce, with the belief that our furry friends deserve better. Better food with fresher, simpler, natural ingredients. ▪ We still believe that better treats are made with better ingredients, that long ingredient lists make no sense, that caring should be simple… oh, and that treating should be fun. ▪ We started in 2010 and keep our ingredient lists short, our batches small, and our ovens toasty.
